Mansoura University Vertebrate Paleontology center's researches contributed to raising Mansoura University's international ranking

In its index of statistics on its official website, the respected science journal “Nature” announced that the research outputs for Mansoura University Vertebrate Paleontology center (MUVP) has effectively contributed to raising Mansoura University's ranking

among the world's universities and to improving the research and academic quality of the university.MUVP has three publications in Nature dealing with dinosaurs and mammals:

New Egyptian sauropod reveals Late Cretaceous dinosaur dispersal between Europe and Africa

-Early anthropoid femora reveal divergent adaptive trajectories in catarrhine hind-limb evolution

-Fossil lemurs from Egypt and Kenya suggest an African origin for Madagascar’s aye-aye
